Getting started with ANTS¶

ANTS normalization with SyN solves the following equation:

$\int_0^1 \| v( x , t ) \|^2 dt + \| I ( \phi_I(x,1) ) - J( \phi_J(x,1) ) \|^2$

where the transforms contain affine and diffeomorphic maps.

The figure below illustrates the implementation of ANTS transformations:
